⓵ What are the Pre-order methods and platforms? How can I receive the pre-order bonus?

Readers residing in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia can register on the mikazuki & hazymoon official website and place pre-orders when the pre-order period begins.

(Please select and fill in your address according to your region of residence. Ensure the completeness of your membership information during registration to avoid any issues.)

Pre-order bonuses apply only to customers who pre-order the designated “Special Edition” through our official website, regardless of the selected pickup method. 

Pre-orders from other regions placed through online bookstores will not include the pre-order bonus.

1.如您領取方式選擇2026動漫節「場領」可搶先於2/5(四)～2/9(一)營業時間內至三日月×朧月攤位場領區服務台領取預購商品。

※ 領取方式選擇場領不限居住地區皆可下單選購。

※ 為了防止排隊領取時間過長，一次限領一張訂單，如您下單多筆訂單請重新排隊領取。

※ 現場依據官網購買之「QRCODE」進行兌換領取，「QRCODE」只有本人購買成功後可以查看，如將「場領QRCODE」給予他人使用，出版社不負相關責任。

2.如您選擇配送方式預購將於發售日陸續進行出貨。

All pre-order items will be released on 2/11 (Wed) during the 2026 Taipei International Comic Festival.

1. On-site Pickup: If you choose the on-site pickup option, you can collect your pre-order items early from 2/5 (Thu) ~ 2/9 (Mon) during festival hours at the mikazuki/hazymoon booth pickup area.

※ On-site pickup is not restricted by your region of residence.

※ To minimize wait times, only one order can be collected at a time. If you have multiple orders, please requeue for each pickup.

※ On-site pickups will require the QR Code from your successful purchase confirmation. Only the buyer can view the QR Code. If you share it with others, mikazuki & hazymoon will not be held responsible for any issues.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Please note that 【QRCODE】become invalid after use. Keep them secure.

2.Delivery Options: For home delivery or convenience store pickup, items will be shipped gradually starting from the release date (2/11, Wed).

Due to the approaching Lunar New Year holidays, overseas shipments may be delayed as logistics services could be affected. Actual delivery times will depend on each country’s logistics providers and customs procedures. Specified delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

⓻ 購買「配送預購」商品，會獲得場領禮嗎？

⓻ If I purchase a “shipping pre-order” item, will I receive the on-site pickup bonus?

𝓐𝓷𝓼：No, the on-site pickup bonus is exclusive to on-site pre-orders.

場領預購頁面為2026動漫節活動限定之商品，如果購買後無法到場領取商品，請您於展期結束後主動聯絡我們進行運費補款，確認收到運費後我們將依照會員資料登記地址寄送預購商品，但不會另外附上場領特典與展場滿額禮。

⓼ What If I Can’t Attend the Event for On-site Pickup?

On-site pre-orders are exclusive to the 2026 Taipei International Comic Festival. If you cannot attend, please contact us after the event to arrange for additional shipping fees. Once the fees are received, we will send the pre-order items to the address registered in your membership information. However, on-site pickup bonus and event-exclusive gifts will not be included.
