⒈購物須知事項適用於您在英屬維京群島商高寶國際有限公司之網站(以下稱「本網站」)中各項交易。

⒉您在此確認您已成年或已取得法定代理人之同意,具有與本網站簽訂契約及下單購物之行為能力。

⒊購物須知事項可能不定期修訂,應以在本網站下單訂購當日有效之條款內容認定之。

⒌若因當地法規限制寄送之商品遭當地海關開封扣查,造成不可復原之損傷退回,將無法進行退款,抽驗風險需由購買人自行承擔。

 信用卡

本網站所使用為第三方綠界科技系統,支援VISAMasterCardJCB

⒈請提供正確的信用卡資料,以便銀行核對交易。

⒉付款完成後,系統會自動連回本網站,並顯示訂單成立。我們會再和信用卡中心進行資料核對,若確認無誤,則該筆交易即完成付款。

⒊若您刷卡失敗、付款中途跳出頁面,將無法再次付款,該筆訂單商品會自動回歸庫存。

⒋若刷卡失敗,可能的原因有:

⑴ 用卡第一次使用尚未開卡。

⑵ 信用卡卡號或到期日輸入錯誤。

⑶ 信用卡已超過到期日使用期限。

⑷ 超出信用卡使用額度或餘額不足。

⑸ 信用卡發卡銀行內部系統問題等。

⑹ 此筆卡號同時有人刷卡授權中,因此視窗會跳出。

⑺ 信用卡授權時,網路斷線。

※ 請留意您所輸入的信用卡卡號、姓名、到期日以及卡片背後末3碼是否正確。如果依然收到授權失敗的通知,可能為發卡銀行內部系統作業問題,請與您的信用卡發卡銀行聯絡。

 超商代碼付款

本網站所使用為第三方綠界科技系統,串接超商代碼付款。

⒈超商代碼繳費支援以下超商:7-11、全家、萊爾富、OK

⒉每筆訂單都會由系統自動生成的專屬虛擬帳號,請於取得帳號後2(48小時)內完成付款。若您未於時效內完成付款訂單將會自動取消,該筆訂單商品會自動回歸庫存。

 

|  遞送相關:超商取貨滿NT$400免運費;宅配滿NT$1000免運費。

⒈週一至週五配送,週末、國定假日將順延至上班日處理;出貨後2~3天送達。商品將會配送至您訂單中所提供的寄送地址或收件門市。

⒉訂購商品時,請填寫【完整姓名】及【正確寄送地址】,如因寄件資訊不完整而造成您無法取件或商品退回,您需要自行負擔退件、補寄或重寄之運費。

⒊更改【會員資料】不會同步更新先前購買的訂單資訊,如您需要修改寄送資訊,請麻煩來信請客服人員幫您修改更正。

⒋宅配與超商取貨出貨後逾七日仍無法送達或無人簽收,商品將會退回物流部門。請您主動聯絡客服補運費重新寄出之相關事宜,本網站會重新為您將商品寄出。

⒌已付款之商品無法送達或無人簽收取貨時,本網站將自上市日起保管6個月,如於保管期間內您均未主動聯絡,原訂單即視為解除,已付款項將充作本網站之保管費用。

⒈規範為:長45X30X30公分以內,重量5公斤以下

⒉如不清楚該筆訂單是否超過規範,歡迎先來信詢問;若下單時超過以上限制,專員將會取消出貨並貼心提醒拆單下標。

※限制參考:因重量關係單筆上限 平裝書8本。

⒈本網站統一由第三方綠界開立雲端電子發票寄送,於訂單確認付款且已出貨七日後,將自動開立電子發票並通知至您的信箱。如有發票問題請於商品出貨七日後十四天內與客服聯絡。

⒉因發票採用系統化自動開立,故發票上的品名是依實際訂購的商品名稱開立,恕無法指定開立其他品名或指定開立日期。

 

|  換貨需知:如有商品問題請於收到商品七日內來信與客服聯絡,商品一經拆封無法換貨瑕疵商品除外。

⒈拆封請務必全程錄影,寄錯、缺貨、瑕疵品,請以完整錄影檔為依據。

⒉申請換貨前,請您務必保持商品、附件、贈品、包裝、廠商紙箱及所有附隨文件或資料之完整性,將商品恢復原包裝,退回商品必須是全新狀態且包裝完整,並請您留意商品包裝方式(切勿讓商品祼裝寄回/宅配單直接貼於原廠包裝上),避免影響您的退換貨權利。

 

|  取消訂單:若您下單後需要取消訂單,請與客服聯絡取消訂單。若您已付款已出貨,將無法取消訂單。

※  無故取消訂單可能影響您於本網站購物之權利;如無購買意願仍惡意下單後棄單,可能構成《刑法》間接毀損罪,若因此造成損失,本網站將保留民事求償之權利。

| Website Disclaimer:

⒈These Terms of Purchase apply to all transactions conducted on the website of GLOBAL GROUP HOLDINGS LTD. TAIWAN BRANCH (BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS) (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”).

⒉By proceeding, you confirm that you are of legal age or have obtained the consent of a legal guardian and possess the legal capacity to enter into agreements and place orders on the Website.

⒊The terms of the shopping notice may be revised irregularly, and the applicable terms shall be those in effect on the date the order is placed on the Website.

⒋Overseas shopping is currently only available in certain regions, including Hong Kong, Macau, South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Other regions are not yet supported.

⒌If items are opened, seized, and returned by local customs due to restrictions imposed by local regulations, resulting in irreparable damage, refunds will not be available. The buyer assumes all risks associated with random inspections.

| Payment Methods: The Website offers the following two payment options. Please select the payment method most suitable for you!

 Credit Card

The Website uses the third-party ECPay system, supporting VISA, MasterCard, and JCB.

⒈Please provide accurate credit card information to facilitate bank transaction verification.

⒉After completing payment, the system will automatically redirect you to the Website, and your order will be confirmed. We will verify the transaction with the credit card center, and once confirmed, the payment will be completed.

⒊If your card transaction fails or the page is closed during payment, it will not be possible to reattempt payment. The ordered items will automatically return to inventory.

⒋Possible reasons for transaction failure may include:

⑴ The credit card has not yet been activated for its first use.

⑵ Incorrect credit card number or expiration date.

⑶ The credit card has exceeded its expiration date.

⑷ Credit limit exceeded or insufficient balance.

⑸ Internal system issues with the card-issuing bank.

⑹ The credit card is simultaneously under authorization by another user, causing a popup window.

⑺ Network disconnection during credit card authorization.

※ Please ensure the credit card number, name, expiration date, and the last three digits on the card’s back are correctly entered. If you continue to receive an authorization failure notification, this may be due to an internal system issue at the issuing bank. Please contact your credit card issuer for assistance.

 Convenience Store Code Payment

⒈The Website uses the third-party ECPay system, integrated with convenience store code payment.

⒉Convenience store code payment is supported at the following stores: 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK Mart.

Each order will generate a unique virtual account number automatically. Please complete the payment within 2 days (48 hours) of receiving the account number. If payment is not completed within the timeframe, the order will be automatically canceled, and the items will return to inventory.

 

| Delivery Information: Free shipping for convenience store pickup on orders over NT$400; Free shipping for home delivery on orders over NT$1,000.

⒈Delivery is available From Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. The estimated delivery time is 2–3 days after shipment. Items will be delivered to the shipping address or pickup location specified in your order.

⒉When placing an order, please provide your full name and correct delivery address. If delivery issues arise due to incomplete information, any return, reshipment, or additional shipping costs will be at your own expense.

⒊Updating Member Information will not automatically apply to previous orders. If you need to change shipping details for an existing order, please email our customer support for assistance.

⒋If delivery via home delivery or convenience store pickup fails within seven days after shipment due to an absence of recipient, the item will be returned to the logistics department. Please contact customer service to arrange redelivery and pay the associated shipping fee, and the Website will resend your item.

⒌If a paid order cannot be delivered or is unclaimed, we will hold the item for six months from the release date. If you do not contact us during the holding period, the order will be considered canceled, and the payment will be retained as storage fees.

 Convenience Store Pickup

⒈Package restrictions: Length 45 cm x Width 30 cm x Height 30 cm, with a maximum weight of 5 kg.

⒉If you are unsure whether an order exceeds these limitations, please email us for assistance. If your order exceeds the above restrictions at the time of placement, our team will cancel the shipment and kindly suggest splitting the order.

※ Reference of Limitation: Due to weight restrictions, the limit per order is approximately 8 paperback books.

 On-Site Pickup

⒈For detailed guidelines on using the on-site pickup method specific to exhibitions, please refer to the product’s purchase page.

 

| Invoice Issuance:

⒈The Website issues cloud e-invoices through the third-party ECPay system. An electronic invoice will be automatically issued and sent to your Email box seven days after order confirmation and shipment. For any invoice inquiries, please contact customer service within fourteen days after shipment.

⒉As invoices are issued automatically, the item names on the invoice will match the actual product names ordered. It is unavailable to request specific item names or issuance dates on invoices.

     

    | Exchange & Return Policy: If there is an issue with the product, please contact customer service within seven days of receiving the item. Exchanges are not available for opened items, except in cases of defects.

    ⒈Please record the entire unboxing process. In cases of incorrect items, out-of-stock items, or defects, a complete video recording is required as proof.

    ⒉Before requesting an exchange, please ensure that the product, accessories, gifts, packaging, manufacturer’s box, and all accompanying documents are intact. Repackage the item in its original packaging. Returned items must be in new condition with packaging intact. Please take care with packaging (do not send items back unboxed or attach shipping labels directly to the original packaging) to preserve your rights to a return or exchange.

     

    | Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order after placing it, please contact customer service. Orders that have already been paid for and shipped cannot be canceled.

    ※ Unjustified order cancellations may affect your shopping rights on the Website. Maliciously placing orders without intent to purchase and subsequently canceling may constitute "consequential damage" under the Criminal Code.

    If losses occur as a result, the Website reserves the right to seek civil compensation.

    ⒈If the ordered product is out of stock or no longer available, the Website reserves the right to decline the order. You will receive notification of the order cancellation, and you may reorder other available items.

    ⒉With your prior consent, the Website may substitute the ordered item with a similar quality product for shipment.

    ※ Reselling books and products purchased from the Website is prohibited.

    If verified, the Website reserves the right to cancel the order.

     Original Payment Method: Credit Card Payment

    To ensure the security of customers' account transactions, we process refunds through the original credit card. Once the refund data is sent to the issuing bank, it typically takes 14–21 business days for the refund to be credited to the customer’s credit card statement.
